Cocktail VSOP & Salamander - Tom & Jerry

What you’ll need :

5cl Monnet VSOP Cognac

2cl dark rum

2.5cl Monnet Salamander

3 pinches of four-spice powder

2 eggs

4g brown sugar

Angostura bitters



Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Stir the yolk with the spices, Monnet Cognac and Monnet Salamander, add the rum, a dash of angostura bitters and the sugar and whisk for 5 minutes with an electric mixer at medium speed. Whisk the egg whites with white sugar until stiff then add them to the egg yolk mix.

In a mug, pour the preparation and complete with warm milk.

Sprinkle some nutmeg on top and drink warm.
