The Tiki Salamander

In the midst of fall, warm yourself up with a spicy tropical cocktail : the Tiki Salamander.

In a shaker,

- Pour 4cl Monnet VSOP Cognac

- 2cl Monnet’s Salamander.

- Add 1,5cl orgeat syrup,

- 1.5cl fresh lime juice

- 12cl pineapple juice.

- Top with 2 drops angostura bitters

- 4 drops pimento dram bitters,

- shake vigorously and pour onto crushed ice in a Tiki glass.
