In a shaker,

- pour 4cl Monnet VSOP,

- 2cl Monnet Salamander,

- 1cl creme de cacao

- 1.5cl liquid creme fraiche

- Shake vigorously

- Pour into a martini glass

- Sprinkle a dash of nutmeg powder, and enjoy !

In a mixing glass,
- pour 5cl Monnet VSOP
- 1.2cl creme de menthe liquor.
- Add ice,
- stir for 25 seconds a
pour into a martini glass.

- 0.75cl maraschino liquor,
- 0.75cl triple sec,
- 1.5cl lemon juice
- 2 drops angostura bitters.
- Stir for 30 seconds
and pour into a martini glass.


Enjoy !

In the midst of fall, warm yourself up with a spicy tropical cocktail : the Tiki Salamander.

 

In a shaker, 

- Pour 4cl Monnet VSOP Cognac 
- 2cl Monnet’s Salamander.
- Add 1,5cl orgeat syrup, 
- 1.5cl fresh lime juice 
- 12cl pineapple juice.
- Top with 2 drops angostura bitters 
- 4 drops pimento dram bitters,
- shake vigorously and pour onto
crushed ice in a Tiki glass.

Enjoy !
